Responsibilities
Work on state-of-the-art memory architectures and processes
Gain hands-on experience in design verification, schematic and layout development and optimization, timing and power characterization, and various flow developments, using the latest EDA tools
Qualification
Required
Must be actively pursuing a master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering
Strong academic background with relevant course work in circuit design, VLSI, or memory design
Familiar w/ digital design concepts and EDA tools (e.g. SPICE, Cadence Virtuoso)
Interest in SRAM development
Good team skills and strong work ethic
Fluent in English, and able to clearly articulate advanced concepts verbally and in presentation
Passionate about learning, problem-solving and attention to detail
Strong ownership and commitment to assignment and project schedule
Self-motivated and ability to easily collaborate with others
Strong Listening/Understanding/Responding skills
Mature, confident and ability to work independently
Proficient with linux operating system, and Microsoft excel and powerpoint
Preferred
Strong motivation to establish career in silicon chip design area using advanced technologies
Fluent in linux OS and one or more linux scripting languages
Basic understanding memory architecture
Any Memory design experience is a plus!
