Responsibilities

Enter customer concerns into Salesforce from email, voicemail, and online web forms
Research information to address DES and non-DES related client issues
Use critical thinking to direct concerns to the appropriate DES programs
Listen to and accurately transcribe voicemail messages from clients
Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and problem-solving
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Perform additional duties as assigned related to the position
