Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes, map workflows, and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Design, implement, and maintain new processes, procedures, and guidelines to improve efficiency and productivity
Evaluate existing practices and make data-driven recommendations for operational improvements
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows
Customize SharePoint layouts, navigation, branding, and content structures to meet business needs
Build and automate workflows in SharePoint for approvals, task assignments, and data routing
Create and manage SharePoint lists and document libraries with appropriate metadata and security settings
Track, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Develop reports and dashboards and present findings using data visualization tools for key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usability
Support additional initiatives and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or operational enhancement roles
Hands-on experience with SharePoint (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio
Experience working with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to analyze complex processes and clearly document and communicate improvements
Preferred
Advanced reporting and data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Experience with data synthesis, interpretation, and presenting insights to diverse audiences
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience building automated data collection and reporting workflows within SharePoint or related platforms
