Responsibilities
Act as the principal liaison and advocate for clients
Provide insight into HR strategies and Procare services tailored to individual client needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources demonstrating increased responsibility, oversight, and scope
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a director-level role
Experience providing HR leadership and support in the senior living industry/healthcare (required)
In-depth knowledge of all HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (especially UKG Ready)
Preferred
Human Resources certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, etc
Experience/and or certification in CA employment law preferred
