Copa Health is seeking an experienced Director of Grants & Fund Development to lead fundraising and grant strategies that expand behavioral health, integrated healthcare, housing, and human services across Arizona. This high-impact leadership role involves securing funding, managing grant proposals, and cultivating donor relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead grant development and fund development strategies aligned with organizational priorities
Secure funding from government, foundation, corporate, and individual donors
Write, submit, and manage grant proposals, budgets, and compliance reporting
Cultivate and steward donor and community relationships
Partner with executive leadership, program teams, and finance
Attend off-site meetings, donor visits, and community events as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
7–10 years of nonprofit fund development and grant writing experience
Demonstrated success securing government and foundation funding
