Responsibilities
Performs fault isolation by validating, isolating, and correcting faults, and verifying service restoral with customers
Processes, documents, and coordinates resolution of trouble calls with help desk
Monitors logs and manages user accounts
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of information security technologies in the areas of risk assessment, compliance, and vulnerability management
Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
Strong customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Ability to develop and write technical documentation
Ability to evaluate and test emerging technologies
Ability to apply creative solutions to business problems to ensure business needs are most effectively met
Current, valid class-appropriate driver's license
Successful completion of the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
Preferred
Associate's degree plus 1 – 3 years of experience in information security analysis (or equivalent experience)
