Transformation Project Manager – ERP Implementation
CYR Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to support a high-impact ERP implementation within a global manufacturing environment. This role will lead the delivery of critical integration, data migration, and organizational change efforts for a cloud-based ERP program.

Responsibilities
Manage large-scale ERP transformation projects from planning to execution
Oversee integration of peripheral systems and coordinate complex data migration activities
Collaborate with key business areas, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Product Management, and Customer Service
Ensure workstream accountability across multiple value streams and global teams
Engage regularly with stakeholders at all levels—technical teams, business leads, and executive sponsors
Track, escalate, and resolve risks while driving proactive communication to leadership
Lead project tracking and reporting through Jira, Microsoft Project, and X-Ray
Travel as needed for onsite testing phases and critical project milestones
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional IT transformation projects
Experience in 3 or more full-cycle ERP implementations
Strong integration and change management background across business and technical domains
Proven ability to bridge IT and business teams, with strong cross-functional influence
Track record managing high-stakes programs with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Familiarity with hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery in enterprise environments
Exceptional verbal and written communication with executive presence
Must be based in the U.S. and able to work EST business hours
PMP or PMI-ACP certification (required)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship or C2C arrangements)
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries is highly preferred
Infor preferred; SAP/Oracle accepted
