Senior Project Manager, Transformation Lead (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on product moves in and out of the site
Leverage project management standards, methodologies, and best practices for use in the leading of these initiatives
Provide regular updates to the direct site team and across business units, operations, and all supporting functions
Monitor project performance against established KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and intervention strategies
Build change management strategies to support successful implementation of transformation initiatives
Serve as the liaison between individual business unit program leaders and the repair facility, interfacing effectively to ensure successful implementation and execution of product / program specifications and requirements
Partner with internal and external customers to understand the true customer need / issues and ensure that the customer receives the highest standards of services

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience in program or project management or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management
2 + years of experience leading transformation or cost reduction initiatives
Experience applying Data Analysis and Visualization tools
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, CORE, etc)

Preferred

Project Management Certification with proven ability to apply formal project management methodologies and lead cross functional teams to complete tasks against defined KPIs and timelines
Prior experience working in a site-based, operations, manufacturing, repair, or industrial aerospace environment
Prior experience coordinating product transitions, launches, or transfers across sites or business units
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus in complex organizational environments
Change management expertise with proven ability to drive organizational adoption
