Insight Global is seeking an Identity Management Consultant to design and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will focus on SailPoint IdentityNow, supporting access governance, identity lifecycle management, and integrations across various environments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support IAM and IGA solutions
Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems
Develop automation for identity lifecycle and access governance
Provide system administration and troubleshooting
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve access needs
Lead and coordinate work delivered by external consultants
Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts and milestones

Qualification

SailPoint IAM toolsActive DirectoryMicrosoft Entra IDIAM protocolsScriptingAutomationSCIM provisioningAccess certificationsPAM solutionsSaviynt familiarity

Required

3+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IAM tools
Strong integration experience with: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Solid understanding of IAM protocols: Kerberos, SSO, OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC
Scripting and automation for IGA systems (Java, BeanShell, SailPoint NERM)
Ability to design and automate identity governance solutions

Preferred

SCIM provisioning
Access certifications and governance programs
PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
Familiarity with Saviynt or other IGA platforms
