Campus4Tech is seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator to manage and configure their Salesforce CRM system. The role involves administering user access, customizing CRM objects, and providing support and training to users while ensuring data quality and creating reports.

Responsibilities
Administer and configure Salesforce CRM, including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Maintain and customize objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows to support business processes
Manage data quality through imports, updates, deduplication, and regular data audits
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, service, and management teams
Provide day-to-day user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements and best practices

Required
