Responsibilities
Own and manage content within Figma, including text components and content patterns
Partner closely with product designers on enterprise UX initiatives (no visual design work required)
Write and refine content for enterprise customer portals
Internal tools and workflows
Technical and system-generated email notifications
Metrics-driven and utilization-focused experiences
Apply and evolve voice and tone to reduce unnecessary technical jargon while maintaining accuracy
Participate in reviews with senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently
Contribute to a fast-moving product environment with evolving tools and features
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a UX Content Designer, Content Designer, or UX Writer
Advanced Figma proficiency (required)
Experience owning and managing text components
Comfort working with technical, data-heavy, B2B content
Experience collaborating closely with product designers and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills and ability to handle frequent feedback in a collaborative setting
Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Greenwood Village, CO
Preferred
Background in enterprise, B2B, or technical products
Experience translating technical language into clear, user-centered content
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Lucid, or similar (can be learned on the job)
Experience in fast-paced or evolving product environments
Time spent at smaller or lean teams where adaptability and speed were critical
