Asylon is building the future of automated physical security, and they are seeking an Electrical Engineer to develop the power, control, sensing, and compute electronics for robotic systems. The role involves designing schematics and PCBs, improving existing systems, and establishing manufacturing methods to ensure reliability in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

Design, test, and maintain electrical systems on the DroneCore products, including circuit boards and wire harnesses
Improve upon existing systems to ensure they meet customer requirements. Examples include battery management circuits, actuator control systems, and environmental controllers
Establish manufacturing and QA methods for PCBs, wire harnesses, and other electrical components to ensure they meet industry standards

Required

7+ years professional experience
Electrical Design and ECAD, including circuit design, schematic capture, and board layout/design
PCB fabrication
PCB testing and debugging
Experience prototyping and fabricating new products
Circuit simulation
Analog design
Experience with linear systems
Reading and interpreting schematics and electrical diagrams
Passion for robotics!
Bachelor's (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Norristown, PA 19401: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)

Preferred

Robotics: 3 years (Preferred)
Electrical engineering: 7 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Norristown, PA 19401 (Preferred)
