Responsibilities

Drive the development and launch of secure, compliant software products that transform federal agency operations
Define product roadmaps aligned to federal needs, regulatory mandates, and market opportunities
Inspire and develop high-performing teams dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation
Own executive relationships with key agency clients, system integrators, and stakeholders
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 8 individual contributors focused on creating demand, sales closures, and account management to US SLED Agencies
Work with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop SLED-specific Go-to-market and demand generation activities
Engage with leadership within strategic SLED accounts as their executive sponsor
Lead Ivanti’s engagements with industry associations like NASCIO, NACO, ISTE, and others

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
10+ years of experience building, delivering, and leading enterprise software products
At least 5 years in SLED IT or public sector technology
Demonstrated knowledge of Government IT regulations, security, and procurement cycles
Proven success managing cross-functional teams or departments in a high-growth, agile environment
Strong understanding of modern software development practices, SDLC, cloud platforms, and security frameworks
Experience working with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST, Section 508, and related compliance requirements
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel as required to meet with government clients, partners, and attend industry events
