Responsibilities
Lead month-end close and oversee day-to-day accounting operations (GL, reconciliations, AP, AR)
Prepare monthly journal entries, reports, and key close documentation
Manage fixed assets and maintain schedules for depreciation, prepaid expenses, and amortization
Oversee vendor setup, bill processing, and collections support
Improve and streamline expense reporting and related processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
5+ years of corporate accounting and general ledger experience
2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience
Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a positive attitude
