Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client contact by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
Collaborate with advisors to assess client needs, recommend coverage options, and support proposal processes for new, renewal, and modified accounts
Review and process policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Educate clients on policy terms, coverages, and exclusions while guiding them through claims process
Lead and support collaboration among clients, carriers, and the service team by mentoring staff and ensuring client needs are met effectively
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of commercial account management experience
Arizona property & casualty insurance license
drivers license (Required)
valid property and casualty insurance license (Required)
Ability to Commute: Chandler, AZ 85286 (Required)
construction or real estate or healthcare insurance: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
CIC, CPU, ARM certifications, preferred
