Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Schedule repair appointments according to established procedures and availability
Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions
Collaborate with technicians and other team members to prioritize service calls and optimize scheduling efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service or similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical aptitude for understand appliance functionally
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in fast paced environment
High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or technical support is a plus
Preferred
Retail experience is highly preferred!
Experience with scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) tool is preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft office preferred
