Payroll Coordinator
Gorman & Company is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their HR team. The Payroll Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance. This role involves processing payrolls, auditing timecards, and managing payroll records.

Responsibilities
Process regular payrolls, including bonuses, and retro pay
Audit timecards, correct discrepancies, and coordinate with managers and HR prior to payroll processing
Calculate and process final paychecks, including benefit deductions and earned time payouts
Review overtime, on-call, and payroll reports to ensure accuracy and proper costing allocations
Administer team member garnishments and serve as the primary payroll contact for team member questions
Maintain payroll records, data accuracy, and compliance within the HRIS
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of payroll processing experience with HRIS exposure
Strong working knowledge of payroll laws, compliance requirements, and confidentiality standards
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience reviewing payroll reports
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
