Responsibilities
Possession of an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical design and project management, specifically in a consulting environment, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead engineering role
Demonstrated expertise in Mid-Atlantic region subsurface conditions, including limestone karst, glacial till, shale formations, and coal seams
Familiarity with the latest geotechnical investigation techniques and technologies, including in-situ testing and laboratory methods
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients effectively, focusing on deliverables, project goals, and high-quality service
Track record of successfully delivering complex geotechnical projects on time and within budget, with quantifiable improvements in project outcomes
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
