Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities for a single primary project, ensuring work aligns with plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Manage subcontractors, craft labor, and project teams to maintain productivity, safety, and compliance
Serve as the main point of contact for project managers, designers, and clients, addressing field challenges and implementing solutions
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards
Travel as needed to the assigned project site, with each superintendent responsible for one primary project at a time
Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for leadership and client review
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent on high-end retail projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards specific to retail
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with travel and single-project focus, delivering high-quality results from start to finish
Ability to manage all aspects of one project while maintaining schedule and budget
Preferred
Construction-related degree or certifications preferred, but extensive field experience is highly valued
