The Accounts Payable Specialist will work with an accounting team to review and enter credit card transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with vendors and other departments on special projects.

Responsibilities
Review and properly code credit card transactions in accounting system timely and accurately
Reconcile credit card statements and identify discrepancies
Confirm accuracy of supporting documentation for transactions
Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
Prepare reports for management review
Research and resolve A/P issues
Partner with other departments and provide training to colleagues on procedures
Identify and recommend process improvements
Maintain accurate records of supporting documents, transactions, and invoices
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, Accounting or Business preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of AP experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Experience handling large volumes of credit card transactions
Good problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred
ERP Systems experience a plus
