Responsibilities

Execute department strategies to meet company and client goals with consistency and urgency
Champion a Safety‑First culture and ensure full compliance with all safety protocols
Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, servant leadership, and the client’s core values
Assist in managing labor, supply costs, inventories, and efficient use of capital equipment
Ensure adherence to all contract obligations and operational standards
Support audits, operational efficiency, and labor productivity improvements
Communicate effectively across departments and maintain strong business relationships
Use tools such as WebTMA and ensure proper use of ISIS Pro modules
Support staffing, training, development, and performance management for hourly associates, helping drive engagement and high performance
Responsibilities may evolve to meet operational needs

Required

High school degree
5-7 years of industrial facilities experience
Experience with managing a team
