Field Services Representative -Florida
Brava Roof Tile is a company specializing in roofing products, and they are seeking a Senior Field Services Representative. This role involves handling technical product questions, performing inspections, training contractors, and mentoring other representatives while ensuring compliance with Florida’s complex code environment.

Responsibilities
Trains, mentors, and coaches Field Services Representatives and other Brava team members, including professional skills, technical knowledge, and Brava culture and standards
Creates training materials to ensure products are installed according to installation requirements and organizational standards
Performs virtual and on-site installation training, delivering a best-in-industry training experience
Addresses field installation questions and concerns, providing technical support and training to contractors as needed
Coordinates with other Technical Support Specialists to provide best-in-industry technical support to the Brava team and customers
Conducts post-installation roof inspections and uploads documentation, including checklists, reports, and photos, using CompanyCam
Maintains a strong working knowledge of all Brava product offerings and provides in-depth product information efficiently
Maintains a strong working knowledge of competitor product offerings
Communicates effectively with customers via telephone, text, email, and in person to provide product and service information, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain complaint details
Ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer issues
Maintains detailed records of customer interactions, including cases, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Provides input on operational and strategic projects and initiatives
Assists in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to the position
Leads the team in policy, process compliance, and documentation
Supports cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Manufacturing, etc.) to deliver an industry-leading customer experience through attitude, effort, timeliness, and accuracy
Serves as an alternate to review building plans and enter data into Planswift to determine project material requirements
Performs hands-on product demonstrations for training and sales purposes
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 50%
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Ability to sit for prolonged periods
Occasional standing and walking
Ability to access rooftops
Ability to use ladders
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
Preferred
Familiarity with the Florida roofing market and contractor landscape
10+ years of roofing services experience preferred
5+ years of customer service experience preferred
5+ years of construction experience preferred
2+ years of technical services experience preferred
Planswift experience preferred
CompanyCam experience preferred
Drone license and flight experience preferred
FAA Part 107 UAS license preferred
