Responsibilities

Act as the lead marketing consultant for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their digital spend converts into measurable business expansion
Translate technical metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) into actionable business insights
Lead 5–20 strategic pulse calls per week
Collaborate with the internal media buying team to refine targeting, ad copy, and landing page strategies
Maintain a high revenue retention rate by proving value and identifying opportunities to scale client impact

Required

Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (Meta, Google, YouTube, Funnels, and Lead Gen)
Experience in an agency or high-growth marketing role where you were responsible for strategy and results, not just 'customer service.'
The ability to take a nervous client and turn them into a confident partner through clear, authoritative, and mission-aligned communication
You are 'dangerously comfortable' in an ads dashboard and can spot trends or anomalies before they become problems
You don't wait for instructions. You see a performance dip and you are already collaborating on a solution before the client even asks
