Manager Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

Manage status meetings and daily project tracking logs to align team members on work flows and key deliverables
Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency through the adoption of new tools and technology
Ensure clients are up-to-date and informed on projects & campaigns in collaboration with other S4 team members
Ensure consistency of performance reporting via established tools
Evaluate, optimize and utilize existing tools, technology & process flows for client on-boarding, campaign execution and on-going management of marketing activities

Required

Have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing operations or multi-channel marketing campaign management
Degree in Marketing or Related Field (or equivalent work experience)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
Excellent communication and organization skills
Great at managing project deliverables
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Embraces new technology to drive operational efficiency (a desire to use AI tools where applicable)
Have strong Excel/Sheets and data interpretation skills
Familiarity / experience with the following types of tools & technology: Google Ads, META Business Suite / Ads Manager, DSPs (Google DV360, Basis, etc.), Email Platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.), Analytical Tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, Agency Analytics, etc.), Sales & Operational Tools (HubSpot, Loomly, Miro, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
General knowledge & experience working in website editing platforms a plus
Experienced in the organization, planning and execution of client photo and video shoots a plus
Personal Attributes: Organized, growth-oriented, polite, self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving
