Business Development Representative
Grunt Oilfield Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive business development success. The role involves scheduling client meetings, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and executing business development strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies focused on Permian Basin operators and service companies
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through cold calls, networking, and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Work closely with operations and leadership to align sales efforts with service capabilities
Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service offerings
Track sales activity and opportunities using CRM or internal reporting tools
Attend industry events, customer meetings, and networking functions
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Qualification
Required
10+ years of business development or sales experience in oilfield services
Strong understanding of Permian Basin operations and customer landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
Willingness to travel locally within West Texas
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Established industry relationships are highly preferred
