Responsibilities

Edit high-production video cutdowns from large shoots
Create TikTok and Instagram Reels from raw footage
Build UGC-style social ads
Cut performance ad creatives with hooks and CTAs
Edit YouTube Shorts and vertical content
Assist with photo editing and retouching
Add captions, graphics, and motion elements
Organize footage and project files
Help create multiple variations for A/B testing

Qualification

Adobe Premiere ProFinal Cut ProEditing short-form contentAfter EffectsPhoto editingUnderstanding TikTok trendsUnderstanding Instagram trendsMotion graphics skillsColor grading knowledge

Required

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Basic knowledge of After Effects (preferred)
Experience editing short-form social content
Ability to add captions, graphics, and music
Basic photo editing (Photoshop or Lightroom)
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
Understanding of TikTok / Instagram trends
Have prior experience editing videos (school, freelance, personal projects all count)
Understand TikTok and Instagram content styles
Know how to edit for attention and pacing
Can follow creative direction
Are organized and detail-oriented
Want to learn performance-driven editing
Can work quickly without sacrificing quality

Preferred

Basic knowledge of After Effects
Experience cutting paid social ads
Motion graphics skills
Color grading knowledge
Experience with CapCut
A personal TikTok or YouTube channel
Experience editing UGC-style content
