Staff Accountant
LHH is partnering with a well-established commercial real estate organization seeking a hands-on accounting professional to manage the day-to-day transactional accounting for an established portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring prior accounting experience within commercial real estate and strong Excel skills, along with responsibilities including preparing journal entries and completing bank reconciliations.

Preparing and posting journal entries
Completing bank reconciliations
Processing payroll uploads
Preparing workpapers for smaller properties
Downloading and organizing bank and mortgage statements
Assisting with budget preparation
Handling cash deposits
Performing intercompany reconciliations
Supporting various ad-hoc projects throughout the year
Qualification
Required
Prior accounting experience within commercial real estate
Strong Excel skills
Hands-on experience with MRI software
Preparing and posting journal entries
Completing bank reconciliations
Processing payroll uploads
Preparing workpapers for smaller properties
Downloading and organizing bank and mortgage statements
Assisting with budget preparation
Handling cash deposits
Performing intercompany reconciliations
Supporting various ad-hoc projects throughout the year
