Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with all celebrity partners, acting as the primary point of contact

Ensure partners are aligned with brand values, campaign goals, and deliverables

Maintain strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and flawless execution

Manage cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Creative, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations to execute partnership strategies

Translate partnership objectives into clear action plans and timelines for internal teams

Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables, expectations, and deadlines

Manage timelines for partner collections and capsules from concept through launch

Track milestones, approvals, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution

Identify risks and proactively solve for potential delays

Oversee planning and execution of partner photo shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and on-set coordination

Partner closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure shoots align with brand vision and partner expectations

Manage partnership contracts in collaboration with Legal, ensuring all terms, deliverables, and timelines are clearly documented

Oversee payment processes, tracking invoices and ensuring timely execution in partnership with Finance

Own all incoming product requests from celebrity partners

Coordinate with Product and Operations teams to fulfill requests accurately and on time

Track inventory and usage related to partnership seeding
