Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of all activation streams for our MLB and LPGA sponsorships, bringing strong event execution expertise to every stage
Help manage the production and on site delivery of branded assets and experiential activations, ensuring seamless execution and a high quality brand presence
Manage ticket requests and fulfillment, partnering closely with teams across the business to maximize asset use
Help oversee the US Sports Sponsorship budget, including PO management and effective cost control
Qualification
Required
3 years experience in either in house or agency, working with major brands or rights holders
Strong event execution expertise
Exceptional project management skills
Proven ability to lead events from concept to completion
Passion for sports and entertainment
Creative thinking and compelling storytelling
Ability to make quick, insight driven decisions
Confidence in guiding cross functional teams through the sponsorship journey
Ability to influence stakeholders
Flawless execution at every stage
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Ability to manage multiple workstreams
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of core marketing principles and reporting
