CRM Specialist, NYRA Bets

The New York Racing Association is seeking a CRM Specialist for NYRA Bets who will manage and optimize customer relationship management initiatives to enhance player engagement and retention. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance tracking
Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and other channels using CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove)
Analyze customer data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improved engagement
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to recommend and implement enhancements that improve customer experience and CRM functionality
Partner with Marketing and VIP teams to create targeted strategies for high-value players
Monitor and report on CRM KPIs, including retention, activation, and churn metrics
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all CRM communications
Stay current on CRM best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Support integration of new tools and features that enhance personalization and automation
Assist in A/B testing and optimization of messaging, timing, and segmentation strategies

Required

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or related field
2–4 years in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles

Preferred

Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting
Excellent communication and project management skills
Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and customer analytics preferred
Knowledge of horse racing or sports betting is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
