Liberty Classical Schools is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join its growing HR team. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day administrative tasks in the HR department and support onboarding processes for new employees at their start-up schools.

Responsibilities

Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications

Assists hiring manager with scheduling interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

Provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry

Submits and maintains employment verifications, employee certification submissions and renewals, annual mandatory training assignments

Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions and generally makes oneself available in-person at regular intervals on school campuses (Atlanta, GA)

Acts as full back-up to the Human Resources team by cross training in all functions of HR

Performs other related duties as assigned
