Responsibilities
Lead and support full stack software development efforts across multiple teams
Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS
Work closely with development teams to understand existing architectures and workflows
Assist teams with migrations, platform onboarding, and troubleshooting
Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and developer workflow automation
Apply common software design patterns and best practices
Collaborate across engineering teams and provide technical leadership and guidance
Create and maintain technical documentation for engineering teams
Qualification
Required
7 plus years of software development experience using TypeScript, Golang, or Python
5 plus years of experience working with AWS and CI/CD systems
Strong experience with developer workflow automation tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux
4 plus years of experience with containerization and deployments using Docker
4 plus years of experience working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
4 plus years of experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS, or CDK
4 plus years of experience with monitoring and observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana
Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf
Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple engineering teams
Preferred
Experience building or supporting developer platforms
Experience creating technical documentation for engineering audiences
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, and RDS
Experience troubleshooting application code and cloud configurations
Background working in consulting or professional services environments
