Responsibilities
Receive incoming IT equipment and verify contents against purchase orders
Log and track assets using inventory management systems
Image laptops and desktops using standard company procedures
Package and ship IT hardware to employees and remote offices
Maintain organized storage and staging areas for IT assets
Assist with returns, repairs, and warranty claims
Support basic troubleshooting during imaging and setup
Help with periodic inventory audits and reconciliations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred
1+ year of experience in IT support, shipping/receiving, or asset management
Familiarity with Windows OS and basic PC hardware
Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx) and asset tracking tools
Preferred
Experience with imaging tools like Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, or MDT
Exposure to ITAM platforms (e.g., Service Desk Plus, ServiceNow, Lansweeper)
CompTIA A+ or similar certification
