PPG is looking for a Business Analysis Specialist to join their team and drive digital transformation across Protective & Marine Coatings. The role involves collaborating with various teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through systems and process enhancements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams including Corporate IT COEs (SAP, Data & Analytics, Digital) and business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement)

Gather, clarify, and document business requirements to ensure IT solutions align with PMC strategy and operational needs

Support and maintain global and regional custom applications, coordinating with internal teams and 3rd party providers as required

Explore and promote AI/ML opportunities in partnership with PMC leadership, helping identify use cases and support pilots

Drive process improvement initiatives, provide facilitation for priority-setting, and define project scope and design

Serve as a business function or technology specialist, becoming a trusted partner and advisor to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

2+ years of relative experience

Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies

Comfort working with waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery models

Facilitation and stakeholder management experience

Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing

Preferred

Experience implementing or supporting ERP and data analytics systems
