They are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Support Coordinator to manage Shopify and marketplace operations, ensuring product data accuracy and providing customer support.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify (products, variants, collections, tags, metafields, and bulk uploads)
Support product listings across key marketplaces, including Walmart Marketplace and/or Mirakl-based platforms (e.g., Nordstrom, Best Buy)
Ensure product data is accurate and consistent across all sales channels (titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, images, videos)
Assist with product uploads, edits, and large-scale updates using spreadsheets and platform tools
Support data synchronization between Shopify, ERP systems, and marketplace platforms; identify and flag listing or order sync issues
Monitor listings for errors, suppressed or delisted products, and missing information, and assist with resolution
Provide customer support via email and marketplace dashboards, responding to inquiries and helping resolve basic order issues
Assist with light e-commerce and operational projects such as process improvements, documentation, testing, and clean-up
Collaborate with internal teams to improve listing quality, content clarity, and overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Shopify experience is required (product setup, editing, bulk uploads, variants, tags, collections)
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace support, customer service, or a related role
Experience supporting at least one marketplace platform, ideally Walmart Marketplace or Mirakl
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured product data
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Clear, professional written communication skills
Ability to stay organized, troubleshoot issues, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Must be able to commute to Dania Beach showroom, and work on-site
Preferred
Experience with Mirakl platforms (Nordstrom, Best Buy, etc.)
Familiarity with ERP systems or e-commerce integrations
Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO or product optimization
Experience supporting e-commerce operations beyond customer service
