Posh Tech is a Fashion Tech accessories company that is family-run and available in over 10 premium retailers nationwide. They are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce & Operations Support Coordinator to manage product listings in Shopify, support marketplace operations, and provide customer service while contributing to the growth of their ecommerce business.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify (products, variants, collections, tags, metafields, and bulk uploads)

Support product listings across key marketplaces, including Walmart Marketplace and/or Mirakl-based platforms (e.g., Nordstrom, Best Buy)

Ensure product data is accurate and consistent across all sales channels (titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, images, videos)

Assist with product uploads, edits, and large-scale updates using spreadsheets and platform tools

Support data synchronization between Shopify, ERP systems, and marketplace platforms; identify and flag listing or order sync issues

Monitor listings for errors, suppressed or delisted products, and missing information, and assist with resolution

Provide customer support via email and marketplace dashboards, responding to inquiries and helping resolve basic order issues

Assist with light ecommerce and operational projects such as process improvements, documentation, testing, and clean-up

Collaborate with internal teams to improve listing quality, content clarity, and overall customer experience
