Responsibilities
Oversee security system installation projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget
Manage and guide cross-functional teams, including field technicians and subcontractors
Serve as the primary liaison between client and company, providing updates and addressing client concerns
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
Maintain project timelines, reports, and documentation to align with company goals
Conduct quality control checks on installations, ensuring proper system functionality, compliance with industry regulations, and adherence to company standards
Plan and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and remain within budget
Review project plans, blueprints, and technical documentation to ensure installations align with client requirements and industry standards
Maintain accurate project documentation, including service reports, work logs, and inventory tracking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-3 years in the security systems industry (as a field technician, installer, or project manager)
Familiarity with security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions
Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite
Electrical and Electronic Systems: 1 year (Required)
Security Systems: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Electrical/ Electronic Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
