Sr Manager, Clinical Programs (Clinical Transformation)
DaVita Kidney Care is a leader in integrated kidney care, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for Clinical Programs to join their CKD Model of Care team. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs in chronic kidney disease care, while managing complex clinical pilot programs and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Supports the identification and development of strategic opportunities for how the CKD program can create clinical and financial value
Evaluates the performance of current initiatives to identify new opportunities for iteration, improvement, and scaling
Oversees the design and execution of complex and innovative clinical pilot programs, including managing timelines, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops for continuous improvement
Partners with and influences local operators and clinical leadership to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of new initiatives
Develops and presents compelling, data-driven narratives and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, program management, or related fields required
Significant experience leading and influencing cross-functional project teams required; direct people management experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling strategic healthcare initiatives
Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of clinical pilot programs, from design and development to implementation and iteration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deep understanding of value-based care models, including Medicare Advantage (MA) and quality metrics such as STARs and HEDIS
Familiarity with Medicare care-management reimbursement, time-based billing mechanics, consent governance, and clinical documentation sufficiency
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and navigating partner or vendor relationships
Applies innovative and strategic thinking that will lead to program improvement and drive connections across other Village programs
A continuous improvement mindset, adopting an iterative approach to problem-solving and program development
Advanced ability to interpret and translate complex clinical, financial, and operational data into actionable strategic insights
Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills; strong business acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to convey findings in a cohesive story to a variety of stakeholders
Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple complex projects simultaneously
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to understand the complexity of healthcare markets
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Direct people management experience strongly preferred
