Responsibilities
Learn to design equipment with details necessary for customer acceptance
Learn to create 2D drawings for manufacturing, including detailed bill of materials
Learn product development and continuous product improvement
Maintain and update existing 3D CAD data for our products. (Solidworks)
Learn general project management skills
Collaborate with other teams to deliver designs and/or data required for specific projects
Reports to our Engineering Team Lead
Qualification
Required
Earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Some experience with Solidworks 3D design software
Some experience with Mechanical Engineering as it pertains to design and product development
Some experience with MS Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience in electro-mechanical systems design
Possible limited travel to locations within our region to learn customer requirements
