Responsibilities
Prepare and conduct remote client interviews using structured scripts, with discretion to tailor questions as needed
Defend client interviews and “micro-depositions” conducted by defense counsel
Accurately document client interactions, summarizing key facts, tone, and legal relevance
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule hearings, gather records, and maintain organized client files
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school preferred
LLM candidates with strong credentials and litigation exposure (including international experience) will be considered
Admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred, but not required
1+ year of experience in high-volume, client-facing legal roles
Experience in landlord-tenant, personal injury, employment, immigration, family law, small claims, or administrative hearings is highly valued
Professional, composed demeanor with the ability to handle assertive or senior opposing counsel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Deposition or hearing experience preferred, but not mandatory
