Analyzing business needs and translating requirements into technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in the SharePoint development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, and release management
Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power BI, Power Automate and SPFX (SharePoint Framework)
Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Power Platform
Experience designing and implementing innovative SharePoint and Power Platform solutions for business intelligence, dashboard reporting, and automated workflows to facilitate collaboration and streamline program processes
Strong background in Excel automation (VBA/macros)
Expert with API integration (REST, Graph API)
Demonstrated experience in solution governance and developing advanced flows
Up-to-date knowledge of MS 365, Power Platform, and automation tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees preferred
