Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco Nexus environments

Administer and maintain Palo Alto next-generation firewalls, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting

Manage cloud networking solutions in AWS, including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), load balancers, and Direct Connect

Evaluate, recommend, and implement network technologies and solutions

Monitor network performance, conduct security audits, and implement optimization strategies

Diagnose and resolve complex network issues; escalate effectively to Cisco TAC when necessary

Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff

Document network architecture, configurations, procedures, and processes thoroughly
