Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for inbound employee inquiries, managing high-volume calls (up to 5 hours per day) with professionalism and empathy

Provide accurate guidance on core HR programs, policies, procedures, and shared services processes

Analyze and resolve routine HR operational issues, discrepancies, and employee concerns efficiently and accurately

Research, review, and process HR personnel transactions in compliance with established policies and service level agreements (SLAs)

Escalate complex or non-routine issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution

Maintain compliance with all HR-related policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Support quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and service consistency

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, documenting issues, and providing insights to senior team members

Required

Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering an excellent employee experience

Working knowledge of HR operations, shared services functions, or employee support environments

Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and common employee lifecycle processes

Exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and HR databases

Proficiency with database tools and standard business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations)

Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills

Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines consistently

Preferred

Preferred experience in a call center or high-volume customer service setting
