Responsibilities
ATS Administration & Optimization
Own and manage the organization’s Applicant Tracking System on a day-to-day basis
Configure workflows, job templates, approval processes, interview stages, and user permissions
Maintain system configuration, automation rules, and compliance settings
Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across the ATS
Troubleshoot ATS issues and coordinate with vendors for system enhancements or fixes
Job Board Management
Manage, and optimize job openings across multiple job boards
Manage job board integrations with the ATS (Indeed, LinkedIn, Career Site, niche boards, etc.)
Monitor job performance metrics such as views, applies, and conversion rates
Optimize job postings for visibility, keywords, and candidate reach
Manage contracts, renewals, and relationships with ATS and job board vendors
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards (KPIs, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.)
Support leadership with ad-hoc recruitment data and insights
Ensure consistency between ATS data and recruitment KPIs
User Support & Training
Provide system support to Managers
Create and maintain ATS guides, SOPs, and process documentation
Train new users and conduct refresher trainings as needed
Act as the first point of contact for ATS-related questions
Compliance & Data Management
Manage audit logs, user access, and data retention policies
Support compliance reporting and audits
System Enhancements & Integrations
Test and implement new system features, upgrades, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience as an ATS Administrator or Recruitment Operations role
Hands-on experience with leading ATS platforms (e.g., Tracker, Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.)
Strong understanding of recruitment workflows
Experience managing job boards and recruitment marketing
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
