Responsibilities

Manage commercial and residential closings from contract to close

Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, lien searches, estoppels, and zoning

Prepare closing disclosures, settlement statements, deeds, bills of sale, affidavits, and loan documents

Coordinate due diligence, track critical dates, and maintain closing checklists

Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and all parties involved

Resolve title and survey issues and coordinate funding/disbursements

E‑record documents and issue title policies

Review leases and abstract key provisions
