This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and team development while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and maintain strong internal controls
Manage external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors
Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, debt compliance, and covenant reporting
Optimize working capital and support risk management related to liquidity, debt, and financial exposure
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and treasury teams
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives, including M&A
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with cash management, debt financing, and treasury operations
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
