Responsibilities
Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate financial reporting
Review transactions and financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and budget alignment
Serve as internal lead for the annual financial audit
Utilize NetSuite to support corporate and subsidiary-level accountability
Oversee internal AR and AP processes
Partner with leadership on key financial decisions and analysis
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and statements in accordance with US GAAP
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus; CPA preferred
10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting and leading a team
Must have experience with a private equity backed company
Competence with the latest financial software and technology
Advanced skills in all aspects of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Exemplary leadership skills and the ability to work positively with a team
