Senior LevelPTR Global is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to support a large financial services account. This role focuses on payments association, card network, banking operations, and fintech compliance, partnering with product, development, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities
Track, review, and communicate pending and enacted U.S. federal regulations, agency guidelines, and directives to impacted business units
Conduct compliance assessments and identify deficiencies during scheduled product and service reviews
Review and approve project requirements and design documents for regulatory compliance
Provide compliance guidance for new and expanding products
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to product compliance and regulatory interpretation
Perform periodic audits and reviews to identify regulatory violations, weak controls, or exposure areas
Partner with development teams to prioritize and remediate regulatory issues
Interface with legal counsel and federal, state, and local agencies as needed
Participate in compliance committees, education sessions, and awareness initiatives
Contribute to compliance reporting, customer communications, and regulatory comment letters
Support annual IRS and year-end processing modification initiatives
Monitor timelines and checkpoints for compliance-driven projects
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in payments association and card network compliance (Visa, Mastercard, NACHA, SWIFT, ISO)
Experience in bank operations compliance (Regulatory ABCs, UDAAP)
Experience in FinTech compliance, including money transmission, crypto, or stablecoins
Extensive knowledge of banking and financial regulations
Proven ability to interpret technical, legal, and regulatory documentation
Strong analytical, audit, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
