Required

Strong background in computational biology, computer science, or quantitative genetics
Experience with Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Familiarity with image analysis and microscopy data
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multidisciplinary research environment
Keep clear, well-organized records of computational workflows, code, parameters, and results, so that analyses are reproducible and understandable to other lab members
