The Service Center Business Partner is responsible for building relationships with service centers and ensuring their satisfaction with Intoxalock's partnership, while also addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain lasting relationships with our Service Centers to assure retention - make decisions on factors impacting our ability to retain and be methodical on approach to determining the need to sever ties with a Service Center, in the best interest of the business

Collaborate departmentally on impacts and/or changes effecting the team or our service centers

Promptly respond to inquiries and ensure proper and appropriate follow-up

Inbound and outbound calling to Service Centers for changes, impacts, opportunities, PDE retrieval, paid partner program, damage claims, invoices, or other projects as needed or assigned

Capture & act upon feedback from Service Centers, to further cultivate relationship

Excellent communication and prioritization skills

Respond to all incoming communications, could be via email, phone call or internally via zoom, or company approved texting application

Use of enhanced automation features through Zoho, Vision 360, or any other adopted company approved software/hardware

All other duties as assigned
